Billing → Cancel subscription. One click, in the same place you subscribed — no call, no form, no email to anyone.
What happens next
Your subscription stops renewing, and sorting continues to the end of the month, year or 2 years you paid for. The rest of that period is not refunded. Every label Sortmail applied stays in your mailbox.
No surprise renewals
If you do not cancel, you still hear from us first: an email 21 days before each yearly or 2-year renewal and 3 days before each monthly one.
Cancelling versus deleting
Cancelling stops the billing. It does not delete your data. If you want everything gone, use Account → Delete, which revokes your tokens, ends your sessions and purges within 24 hours.
